SUMMARY STATEMENT:
ECI/Hyer was contracted to perform an evaluation and present conceptual designs for improvements to the City Kelsey Dock.
Brian Meissner (ECI) and Peter Briggs (Corvus Landscape Design) visited Valdez on August 29th and toured the area facilities and reviewed previously developed master plans.
During the work session, Brian and Peter will present information as to their progress and present options to the Council and the community to help them move further toward final designs.
The designs are centered around an interpretative center, as well as upgrades to the facility that will promote further beautification and economic development of the city dock.
