SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The purpose of the executive session is to receive privileged attorney-client communications regarding a proposed memorandum of understanding with G7G and to receive privileged legal advice regarding, an offer to settle a dispute between the City and an employee, the immediate public knowledge of both topics would have an adverse impact upon the City’s finances.
The discussion of the executive session is authorized by AS 44.62.310(c)(1)(a) as a matter, the immediate knowledge of which would clearly have an adverse effect upon the City’s finances. It is also authorized as a privileged attorney-client communication.
