SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A local governing body may protest the approval of an application within 60 days of receipt of notice by the State of Alaska Alcohol & Marijuana Control Office. The Potato restaurant has applied to the AMCO for a license to serve alcohol on premises. The application is attached.
Approval of this application will authorize the city clerk to send a letter of no objection.
