RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Amendment # 6 of the contract for project management of the New Middle School with Arcadis to close-out the project.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Department of Education and Early Development (DEED) has numerous requirements to close out their projects. Arcadis has been involved with the New Middle School project from the beginning, and has experience closing out projects with DEED requirements. It is cost effective to have Arcadis close out the New Middle School project per the DEED requirements so we are eligible for DEED 60% reimbursement.
