RECOMMENDATION:

Approve Ordinance No. 17-06.

SUMMARY STATEMENT:

Following amendments made to Title 9 of the municipal code which was adopted by the  City Council on March 21^st it has become necessary to establish a fine schedule in title 9 for the purpose of compliance with the implementation of the Uniform Minor Offense Table (UMOT) and to establish a mandatory court appearance for Section 9.12.040 (Vagrancy).  This ordinance will adopt the fine schedule as required by the State of Alaska.
