RECOMMENDATION:
Approve a 1-year contract extension to X-DLX Investments in the amount of $138,070.25 for janitorial services.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
As approved in the 2017 budget and allowable by the terms of the contract, this is a one year extension to contract no. 1233.XDLX. The amendment will extend janitorial services through 2017 for the following locations: Animal Shelter, Harbor Building, B-Float Comfort Station, Library, Teen Center, Airport Building and Capital Facilities Offices, Seasonal Comfort Stations, Goldfields Restrooms, Outhouses, and the newly occupied additional airport offices. The extension includes a 3% increase over 2016 contract cost. The total cost of the 2017 agreement with X-DLX Investments, Inc. is $138,070.25.
