SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City Manager’s employment agreement provides for a formal one year performance evaluation and pay review within the first twelve to thirteen months of employment. A City Manager evaluation form is provided as a guide to this process.
AS 44.62.310 (c) (1) provides that the governing body may discuss in executive session subjects that tend to prejudice the reputation and character of any person, provided (after notification) that the person may request a public discussion.
