RECOMMENDATION:
Appoint one applicant to serve a two-year term on the Providence Valdez Medical Center Health Advisory Council.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
One vacancy currently exists on the Providence Valdez Medical Center Health Advisory Council due to resignation. Appointee will serve a two-year term, expiring in October 2018.
The City Clerk’s office advertised the vacancy and received three applications (two paper applications & one online application using the new Granicus system):
