RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Resolution # 16-40 supporting full funding of the State of Alaska Municipal Harbor Facility Grant Program in the FY 2018 State Capital Budget
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Alaska Association of Harbormasters & Port Administrators has once again approved a resolution recommending full funding for the State of Alaska’s Municipal Harbor Facilities Grant Program for FY2018. Members have been encouraged to gather local support for similar resolutions to forward to their State legislators.
Please join them in showing support by resolution, requesting full funding for the State of Alaska’s Municipal Harbor Facilities Grant Program in the amount of $18,160,055 into the State of Alaska FY2018 capital budget.
