RECOMMENDATION:
Approve reappointment of Ms. Amanda Bauer to the Prince William Sound Aquaculture Corporation Board of Directors
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Prince William Sound Aquaculture Corporation (PWSAC) provided the City Clerk’s Office with an invitation to nominate a representative to their Board of Directors. The representative will serve a three year term, expiring in September 2019.
It is customary for the individual who is filling the municipal seat on the PWSAC board to be confirmed by the City Council, with certain stipulations outlined in the nomination invitation.
The City’s current representative, Ms. Amanda Bauer, formally expressed interest in being reappointed to the PWSAC board.
