SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Laurie Prax, Owner of KVAK, has approached the City about purchasing her tower and station. The tower is located on a leased parcel of City property in the pipe yard. The business and assets are currently for sale through a broker.
Operationally, there is no immediate need for the towers. Council can discuss and determine if owning the tower provides an alternative community benefit.
KCHU has requested City funding to construct a separate tower for their station.
