SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Schematic design for the security office and interpretative canopy are ongoing and moving forward. See attached deliverables for specific design progress and clarification of questions from previous work session. The project is nearing a decision point to incorporate alternative delivery methods for project construction (attached breakdown). Recommend utilizing a prequalified, competitive, Best Value style delivery that will incorporate value engineering from the contractor and will ensure a fixed budget and substantial completion within the desired timeline.
