SUMMARY STATEMENT:
On May 19th the City Council established the Mayor’s COVID-19 Economic Recovery Task Force via Resolution.
The Resolution established two major goals for the task force:
1) Develop a recommendation to the City Council on how to assist in the recovery of the Valdez economy from the economic impacts of COVID-19.
2) Submit recommendations to the City Council by November 1, 2020.
The attached PowerPoint more specifically lays out the goals of the Task Force.
