SUMMARY STATEMENT:

New Coastal Communities Coalition- AML is facilitating a Coastal Communities group that is attempting to provide cooperation on mutual concerns, including fisheries, marine highway, and tourism (The Mari-Culture issue was specifically mentioned also). A meeting was held December 9th. The initial discussion indicated that economic development groups (i.e. PWSEDD) will take the lead to plan issues and implement an Agenda for the group.

St. Patrick Subdivision- The St. Patrick Subdivision PUD is scheduled to be considered at 12/22/21 Planning Commission meeting.

Preschool/Daycare- After the transition of the Assistant City Manager position, a combination of Council Member Love, the PRCS Director Nick Fairline and the City Manager are working on an RFP for an early childhood assessment. Our group plans to involve a few other community members in the effort.

Work Session on State Legislative issues- We are currently planning a work session for 6PM January 4th (prior to Council) to discuss State Legislative issues. State Lobbyist Kim Hutchinson plans to join our meeting in person and coordination is occurring with Representative Rauscher.
