Before I was hired on with the City the EDC entered in to a contract with the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, S.B.A. for $25,000 plus expenses to come in and hold specific classes for the community. This contract is over and attached is the report from this contract from Russ Talvi at the S.B.A.
