SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Enterprise Engineering, Inc. is the civil engineering firm working with Cordes Development on the Valdez Senior Village Apartments project. In an effort to ensure seamless connections to City infrastructure it is in the City’s best interest to use the same firm for the design of the utility extension that is completing design on the housing project.
Enterprise Engineering is capable and qualified to perform the necessary design work.
The scope of services is to complete survey, design and corresponding bidding & construction design support for water, sewer, and storm drain utility extensions, road realignment of east Hanagita, street lighting, drainage improvements on the street and the hospital loading dock area.
This report is filed in accordance with City Procurement Code 02.80.040
