SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The appellant asserted that their valuation was excessive, citing needed improvements to the property.

 

COV Assessed Value: Land- $24,400; Building- $213,200; Total- $237,600

Appellant’s Opinion of Value: Land- $24,400; Building- $172,100; Total - $196,500

 

The Assessor reviewed the appeal and made no adjustments.
