The aim of this discussion is to provide guidance to staff on drafting a letter to state officials related to the recent increase in Thompson Pass closures by the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities and winter road maintenance challenges.
The discussion should include who to address the letter to and what salient information should be highlighted.
City Manager John Douglas and Assistant City Manager Bart Hinkle will guide the discussion.
