SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Additional funding required due to added scope from the original design. New design work includes Upgraded Fuel Station, Entrance Building Design, Upgraded Equipment in the Existing Baler Building (new pallet scale, upsized oil/water separator, upsized recycling equipment, and refrigerant recovery unit) and Demolition of Bilge Processing Building Interior.
