SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Shane Levesque, with Levesque Law Group, LLC has prepared a presentation for the Planning and Zoning Commission to review the difference between quasi-judicial, legislative, and administrative decisions. This will be an opportunity for the Planning and Zoning Commission to ask questions to legal professionals to help the Commission understand their role in the enforcement and appeals process.
