SUMMARY STATEMENT:

 Seed Media is a seasoned local company specializing in creative audio/visual messaging to the public; the Office of Emergency and Disaster Management (EDM) has entered into several successful contracts with this company.

Seed Media is the only local company capable of providing high quality content able to satisfy the scope and timeline of the project.  Thus, the project was sole sourced and in the best interest of the City of Valdez.

Seed Media is capable and qualified to perform the work.

The scope of services is detailed in the provided attachement.

This report is filed in accordance with City Procurement Code 02.80.040.
