SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Upcoming January 2022 Vacancies
• Providence Valdez Medical Center Community Advisory Council:
o One vacancy due to resignation. Appointee will serve a partial term, expiring October 2023.
o Two vacancies due to normal term expiration. Appointees will each serve a full term, expiring October 2024.
o Application deadline for all PVMC CAC vacancies is January 5, 2022 at 5pm. Applications will first be reviewed by Providence and the current PVMC Community Advisory Council. Providence will then nominate applicants to be presented to City Council for consideration during their regular meeting on January 18, 2022.
• VMHA Board of Directors:
o Four vacancies due to normal term expiration and/or resignation. Appointees to each serve a three-year term, expiring January 2025.
o One vacancy due to the passing of a long-time board member. Appointee will serve a two-year partial term, expiring January 2024.
o Application deadline for all VMHA Board vacancies is January 12, 2022 at 5pm for appointment by City Council during their regular meeting on January 18, 2022.
