SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The purpose of this hearing is to take public testimony concerning the proposed adoption of the revised VMC Title 16 Subdivision Code.
The existing Title 16 Subdivision Code is attached, along with the new draft ordinance. Due to this being a full repeal and reenactment, including a reorganization of the title, it was not practical to provide redlines.

The public is encouraged to attend the hearing to provide verbal comments or may submit written comments to the Community Development Department prior to the meeting. Submitted comments will be presented to the Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council for their review.
