RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the memorandum of agreement with Alaska department of environmental conservation for conducting air quality monitoring
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The attached MOA is a no cost agreement that allows the ADEC the ability to install air monitoring equipment on the rec center as part of the community-based air monitoring project.
The equipment is already in place, and the agreement is renewed every 2 years. This is the first renewal.
