RECOMMENDATION:
Introduce Ordinance 26-07 for first reading/public hearing.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
With the adoption of ORD 26-04, two sections of Chapter 16.04 - section 16.04.080 titled “Fees” and section 16.04.090 titled “Notice Requirements” - were unintentionally omitted.
These sections were included in the version of the ordinance reviewed and recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission, were included in the paginated version of the ordinance in the agenda packet during City Council consideration and were referenced in the digest for chapter 16.04 in Ordinance 26-04.
Sections are substantive in nature, which requires correction by ordinance. The ordinance will apply retroactively to May 26, 2026, the effective date of ORD 26-04.
