SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Record of Improvements Survey: Council approved a Professional Services Agreement with Allen Minish of Wrangell Mountain Technical Services on October 19th. Mr. Minish submitted the draft survey sheets to city staff for review on October 31st. Staff completed the review and provided comments back to Mr. Minish on November 7th. The final survey documents/report if due to the City no later than November 30th. The survey is being completed in a 1':10' to easily see the relational distances between individual mobile home units, appurtenances and fuel/propane tanks.
Electrical Shut-Off Labeling: Mr. Parkman completed the labeling the week of October 23rd-29th. Because of the number of units/labels he was scheduled to conduct an "error-check" during the week of November 6th-12th.
Environmental Assessment: Rhonda Wade was able to complete an initial walk-through as part of a Phase I Environmental Assessment of the property the weekend of October 14th-16th. This was reported to Council on October 19th. Ms. Wade still had some on-site evaluation she would like to conduct (thankfully the weather is cooperating). Due to her pre-existing schedule of work she will be unable to complete the written report for some time yet. She is also gathering some historical information on the property to help the City determine if some core sampling in the spring would be wise.
ADOT Land Status: Staff was contacted by Nanette Pinault from ADOT on November 10th. ADOT would like to move forward with determining boundaries of the property and having a survey completed.
