Conduct BOE Hearing on Appeal 31

SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The appellant asserted that their valuation was excessive and unequal and did not submit additional evidence with their appeal form.

 

COV Assessed Value: Land- $76,600; Building- $1,600; Total- $72,200

Appellant’s Opinion of Value: Land- $51,200; Building- $1,600; Total - $52,800

 

The Assessor reviewed the appeal and made the no adjustments.

Appeal 31 and Assessor summary are attached for review.
