SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The appellant asserted that their valuation was improper and unequal citing lack of improvements and general depreciation of property.

 

COV Assessed Value: Land- $61,000; Building- $499,600 Total- $560,600

Appellant’s Opinion of Value: Land- $61,000; Building- $462,100; Total - $523,100

 

The Assessor reviewed the appeal did not adjust value.
