RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the 1-year Contract Extension to X-DLX Investments, Inc in the amount of $139,765.25 for Janitorial Services
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
As approved in the 2018 budget and allowable by the terms of the contract, this is a one year extension to contract no. 1233.XDLX. The amendment will extend janitorial services through 2018 for the following locations: Animal Shelter, Harbor Building, B-Float Comfort Station, Library, Teen Center, Airport Building including the Capital Facilities and Finance Offices, Seasonal Comfort Stations, Goldfields Restrooms, and Outhouses. The total cost of the 2018 agreement with X-DLX Investments, Inc. is $139,765.25.
