RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Resolution 26-52 waiving solid waste fees for disposal of debris resulting from interior demolition at 101 Meals Avenue.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the October 20 Council meeting Robert Bridges of the Tatitlek Corporation notified Council that the corporation is the new owner of the former Mt. Sky Hotel. Mr. Bridges requested a landfill fee waiver for the interior demolition to help expedite the renovation of the facility.
The estimated amount of debris is 800 cubic yards.
They intend to be operational in the summer of 2027.
