RECOMMENDATION:
Approve resolution #26-48 - supporting Alderwood, LLC in the purchase of the Alderwood Mobile Home Park from the State of Alaska
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the September 1, 2026 regular meeting, Alderwood, LLC representative Kim O’Dell approached the Council to request support in purchasing the park lease property from the State of Alaska. The Council asked staff to bring forward a resolution of support for discussion and action.
The attached resolution, if approved, could be used by Alderwood in their efforts to purchase the property.
