SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Upcoming January 2022 Vacancies
VMHA Board of Directors:
• Four vacancies due to normal term expiration and/or resignation. Appointees to each serve a three-year term, expiring January 2025.
• One vacancy due to the passing of a long-time board member. Appointee will serve a two-year partial term, expiring January 2024.
• Application deadline for all VMHA Board vacancies is January 26, 2022 at 5pm for appointment by City Council during their regular meeting on February 1, 2022.
