Conduct BOE Hearing on Appeal 46

SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The appellant asserted that their valuation was improper and unequal citing lack of improvements and general depreciation of property.

 

COV Assessed Value: Land- $16,100; Building- $220,700 Total- $236,800

Appellant’s Opinion of Value: Land- $16,100; Building- $167,200; Total - $183,300

 

The Assessor reviewed the appeal and did not adjust value.

 

Appeal 46 and Assessor summary are attached for review.
