SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This is the third appropriations-setting workshop for the 2027 Budget
City Council will have the opportunity to voice objections to any of the appropriations requests related to Sponsored Events, Economic Development Department, Facilities, Fleet, & Infrastructure Division, IT Department, and Equipment Reserves.

• Event Packet
o Complete list of applications for City Sponsorship related to Events. These applications are reviewed for completeness and forwarded to City Council as-received.
• Major Equipment Reserve and Technology Reserve
o Summaries of each schedule is provided in the slides, the full schedules are included as separate files for City Council consideration
