RECOMMENDATION:

Discussion only.

SUMMARY STATEMENT:

A survey to gather opinions on topics discussed at the initial task force meeting was sent to members on Thursday, February 26th. Most questions centered around pros and cons of various organizational management structures and the final question was an open-ended inquiry on immediate tourism marketing needs for 2026.

Members were asked to respond by Monday, March 2nd. Once all responses are received the agenda packet will be updated with response data to ensure information is available to the public ahead of the meeting and responses will be distributed to the task force members.

The goal of this discussion will be to allow members to discuss their opinions in open session and to determine if there is consensus for a path forward among members.

Members may choose to gather additional feedback from the business community as well.
