RECOMMENDATION:
Approve contract with Kim Hutchinson dba Trust Consultants for State Lobbyist services.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The annual contract for state lobbying services is put forth for Council’s approval.
Mr. Kim Hutchinson, dba Trust Consultants, has been the city’s state lobbyist for more than 30 years. Mr. Hutchinson represents the City of Valdez during regular and all special sessions of the Alaska Legislature and throughout the calendar year.
The attached contract for City Council consideration has been reviewed by city administration, Kim Hutchinson, and the city attorney.
