RECOMMENDATION:
Appoint one applicant to the Alaska Gasline Port Authority Board of Directors to serve a four-year term, expiring November 2025
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Each sponsor municipality appoints three representatives to serve on the AGPA Board of Directors. Board members must be registered voters within the state of Alaska, must physically reside within the state of Alaska, and shall serve at the pleasure of the governing body of the municipality by whom they are appointed.
One vacancy exists on the AGPA Board of Directors (one Valdez seat) due to normal term expiration.
The Clerk’s Office advertised the vacancy and received one application:

The appointee will serve a four-year term, expiring November 2025.
