SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Beautification Commission has scheduled a single grant program lunch and learn event for February 22nd 2024.
In 2023 there were multiple lunch and learn events with different focuses. The goal of this discussion is to provide direction to staff on the following:
• Scope of material to be discussed at the lunch and learn event (program overview, application q &a, changes to criteria, etc.)
• Target audience of the lunch and learn event (all business owners or targeting those who have not applied in the past)
• Outreach desired ahead of the event (phone calls, emails, social media, city website, etc.)
