RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the 1-year Contract Extension to Gulf Coast, Inc. in the Amount of $130,089 for Janitorial Services
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
As approved in the 2018 budget and allowable by the terms of the contract, this is a one year extension to contract no. 1233.GC. The amendment will extend janitorial services through 2018 for the following locations: City Hall, Council Chambers, Vehicle Maintenance Facilities, Baler Building & Break Room, Building Maintenance Facility, Police Department, and the Mary Kevin Gilson Medical Center. The total cost of the 2018 agreement with Gulf Coast, Inc. is $130,089.00.
