SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The attached proclamation respectfully recognizes those citizens who lost their lives in the 1964 Earthquake. The proclamation will be read on March 27th at the Earthquake Remembrance Ceremony which will be held at the Kelsey Dock at 5:30 pm.
