SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The appellant asserted that their valuation was excessive and improper and submitted additional evidence with their appeal form.

 

COV Assessed Value: Land- $39,600; Building- $278,600; Total- $318,200

Appellant’s Opinion of Value: Land- $39,600; Building- $224,600; Total - $264,200

 

The Assessor reviewed the appeal and made the following adjustments:

Assessor Adjusted Value: Land- $39,600; Building- $265,700; Total - $305,300

 

Appellant rejected the adjusted assessed valuation and request a BOE hearing.
