SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The appellant asserted that their valuation was excessive and unequal and submitted additional evidence with their appeal form.

 

COV Assessed Value: Land- $194,700; Building- $49,200; Total- $243,900

Appellant’s Opinion of Value: Land- $194,700; Building- $20,000; Total - $214,700

 

The Assessor reviewed the appeal and made no adjustments.

 

Appellant rejected the assessed valuation and request a BOE hearing.
