SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Council member Shirrell and Council Member Moulton have requested a discussion item regarding a proposed MOU between the City of Valdez and the Valdez Museum and Historical Archive Association for the purpose of working jointly to plan for and build a new museum facility.
The attached MOU submitted to the city by the Valdez Museum and Historical Archive Association is a non-binding agreement which has been reviewed by the City Attorney.
