SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City Council Housing Subcommittee will provide a report during the meeting to summarize the work of the committee so far. Topics will include updates on Valdez Senior Apartments, the Housing Incentive and Infrastructure Grant Programs, concepts for future subdivision expansion, and an upcoming grant opportunity for funding related to mobile homes.
