Attached is a memorandum outlining specific items that the Valdez Tourism Task Force recommends the new Board of Directors for Destination Valdez consider for inclusion in future Bylaws for the organization.
Submission of this report marks the conclusion of the task force’s assigned work and now the appointed Board of Directors for Destination Valdez will take over the work of standing up the organization and enrolling membership.
