SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The appellant asserted that their valuation was excessive, citing needed improvements to the property.

 

COV Assessed Value: Land- $39,800; Building- $386,500; Total- $426,300

Appellant’s Opinion of Value: Land- $39,800; Building- $335,200; Total - $375,000

 

The Assessor reviewed the appeal and made the following adjustments:

Land- $39,800; Building- $378,400; Total- $418,200
