RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Resolution #24-59
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
• This resolution accepts $4,275 in unbudgeted revenue from police forfeitures and police donations
• Staff proposes adding this to the Scholarship Reserve established in 2019, and originally funded from accumulated forfeitures and donations
• Barring objections from Council, staff will present a similar resolution annually to earmark all such revenues collected during the year
• Police Chief will be present to field questions about the scholarship program
