Childcare Start-Up grant program

SEAAEYC - Southeast Alaska Association for the education of young children
• Under this non-profit, Blue will solicit Letters of intent (LOI) from prospective childcare providers and manage the selection process. All recipients must commit to becoming licensed by the State of Alaska within 6 months.
It was decided to not to put a dollar amount on the grants. Blue has spoken to a couple providers who would possibly qualify since the last meeting. A discussion also needs to be had with Blue on a process for reporting and checking in.
