RECOMMENDATION:
To Pass a Formal Recommendation to the Valdez City Council to enter into an agreement with Alaska Marine Lines Valdez.
SUMMARY STATEMENT:
As commission requested, attached is the completed Valdez Ramp Construction Agreement for formal recommendation to the Valdez City Council.
Included are additional estimates and drawings, and staff is available for questions and comments.
This item in the essence of haste has been added to the August 6th City Council meeting for consideration and adoption. Staff will report on the Ports & Harbors formal recommendations verbally to council.
