SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Valdez Economic Diversification Commission has been working on the development of a Valdez Economic Strategic Action Plan. Through that process, 38 draft initiatives have been developed. After commission approval of the plan, a work session will be scheduled between the EDC and City Council to discuss brand champions and Council priority alignment.
